Disela-sela kegiatan MATSAMA kelas VII Pesantren Ibnu Taimiyah Pada hari Senin, 10 Juli 2023 bertempat di Auditorium Syaikh Jamal Yusuf Al Haddad juga dilaksanakan “PEMBEKALAN ASPEK PSIKOLOGIS DAN PEDAGOGIK PARA MUSYRIF DAN MUSYRIFAH”<\/p>

Dengan pembekalan ini diharapkan para musrif dan musyrifah dapat memahami aspek aspek psikologis dan juga memiliki Kompetensi Pedagogik. Pedagogik sendiri adalah kemampuan dalam mengelola pembelajaran peserta didik yang meliputi pemahaman terhadap peserta didik, perancangan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, evaluasi hasil belajar dan pengembangan peserta didik untuk mengaktualisasikan berbagai potensi yang dimilikinya.<\/p>

Semoga pembekalan ini dapat diimplementasikan dalam proses pengabdian di pesantren maupun setelah nanti terjun ke lingkungan masyarakat.<\/p>
